Mommy + Me Yoga

Mommy and me yoga is for babies 6 weeks to 10 months. In this series, interact with baby while getting some much needed stretch time, work on building strength, focus on parent- child bonding, sensory stimulation, and building community of moms and babies.
4 week session $80 must register in advance.
