Waples Memorial United Methodist Church is among the largest, and one of the oldest Methodist churches in the Texoma region. Established in the late 19th Century, this church has been home to many of the area’s most prominent leaders. Today, the church is a growing family, a melting pot of many fine Texoma residents. Come worship and take part in the multitude of activities for all ages and be welcome in God’s house.
Sunday worship features two services, 8:45 a.m. and 11 a.m., both are traditional Methodist services. Waples offers a children’s church during the 11 o’clock service most Sundays as well. First Sunday of every month is communion, which welcomes all members and visitors to the church to take part in the sacrements of Jesus Christ.
